Good Quality Hotel bar the Bathmat!

We stayed here on two separate occasions and found it to be one of the best stays of our trip. It had a really big room with a large & comfortable bed and quiet, for an undisturbed sleep. Huge bathroom was appreciated. Small but nice pool but the spa was way too hot. The only negative was it was in shade mostly! The food service was very good, and we dined both lunch and several breakfasts during our stay and found a good selection, plus you could order eggs & omelets to taste. One night my wife was ill, so we had room service, and it was reasonably priced & good food. My only complaint was the bathroom had combined shower/bath but no bathmat to protect against slipping, so a towel had to be sacrificed to get the same effect! Spoke to staff but no concern showed? Still friendly staff and in a good neighborhood.

Great stay, centric, good staff — especially Giancarlo was super helpful whenever I needed recommendations. Walking distance to most places, safe neighborhood. Ideal for conferences or business trips. No hair salon or spa but there is one nearby.

We are frequent clients to this great Hotel and always feel at home here during our stays. Tonight was truly exceptional, dining at their restaurant “Residente” my wife asked for a special version of a Peruvian dish called “Causa” and not only they obliged … Richard organized that someone buy now a key ingredient. Talk about extraordinary service. Fantastic and delicious! This is family for us!

Excellent!!! At so many levels First: customer service is outstanding and honestly this is surpassed North America (specifically Canada). Friendly, professional and accommodating. They got us the room early -1:00 pm with special thank you to Diana who helped us with that and with late check out at 2:00 as our flight is quite late (11 pm). Room are contemporary, clean and spacious (Pullman became our favourite hotel chain). Once cute note: they had small bathrobe for our 5 years old 😍 We just arrived to this location and will update my review to reflect the area experience.

Thankful to the wonderful staff at Pullman san Isidro for taking great care of us, being responsive and helpful - Willy, grethel, ricardo, yanira, muchas gracias!! Hotel was fine - I wish rooms had been a bit brighter and breakfast have more hot food variety but otherwise no complaints, I enjoyed a comfortable stay.
